Internship Report on Millac Foods Private Limited

Abstract

In the report I have discussed in detail the organization structure and working of department in details in which I do internship as an intern, which I observed during The report contains the complete details of working processes and duties of the Admin & Commercial department and Milk procurement department at manga plant. In these 6 weeks as an intern, I mainly work in Admin & Commercial department for 5 weeks and in the Milk procurement department for 1 week. The working process, policies, and duties of these two departments discussed in detail in the report. We all know that the main purpose of the internship is to acquire the practical knowledge and learning from the organization and to apply our theory knowledge and learning at the internship time, this practical learning will help us in the future career when we actually start our professional and practical life. After reading this report you will able to know about the history and background of the Millac foods, its mission and business process, marketing strategies, competitive strategies, organizational structure, SWOT analysis of company etc.
