Abstract

EFU Life Insurance is primary provider company of the life insurance products, known for its customer-centric approach and innovative offerings. This internship report provides the overview of the company, back ground of the company, operations of the company and learning as a student intern. In 1932 Mr., Ghulam Muhammad established EFU in Calcutta. In 1947, EFU quickly founded itself as an inventive and progressive broker, it provide gaudiness to the emerging insurance industry. There are few specific names which are working or promoting the insurance culture in the Pakistan, from which EFU Life insurance is one of the best company to promote the insurance culture in the Pakistan. It is working almost before the independence of the Pakistan and best insurance company in the sub-continent before its separation. Efu Company working from 81 year and it has a network in Pakistan it connected with different banks of Pakistan to sell insurance and for achieving market shares. Working as the intern student at EFU Life insurance I learned many of the important and the basic things from it. I basically worked the HR department and also working as sales representative, during my 6 weeks of internship I have learn the basic about HR, how to communicate with the employees, learn to guide, inform and educate them about the different services of the company, I also learned to work in a professional environment how to work in a team and how to interact with the other team mates and the employees
