dc.description.sponsorshipThis study is evaluating the link between leadership styles and employee performance and how distinct leadership styles impacts employee’s performance The leadership styles that are evaluated in this research paper are autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, transformational and transactional and their impacts. This is a secondary research, data is gathered through different internet sources and literature and the results are literature based. The research concludes that all these leadership styles has significant impact on employee performance. All the leadership styles are more likely to have positive effect on performance of employee but laissez-faire leadership styles have a negative impact on the employee performance. This report has also given suggestions to the leaders in case of employee performance. It can be helpful for them.
