dc.description.abstractControlling is a part of the functions performed by the management of an organization which are to be performed efficiently and effectively so that the company can survive and grow in a highly competitive industry. Controlling is broadly divided into three main categories; monitoring performance, comparing performing with the goals and correcting and defects. Management needs to ensure that all the activities and tasks being performed are as per the plan and strategy of the firm. Employees must be doing the right task, at the right time and with the maximum output. All departments should be working efficiently and coordinating with others.
