FINAL YEAR INTERNSHIP (PROJECT) AT PIR MEHER ALI SHAH ARID AGRICULTURE UNIVERSITY RAWALPINDI

Abstract

This report is about my internship at Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi that disclose the practical experience. The main aim of internship not only to learn about core practices as well as to experience the practical environment. The main purpose of this project report is to describe my work experience and share my practical exposure and insights from AAUR gained from different departments. Efforts have made to compile this project report in such a way that would be accessible to not only candidates but also for the personnel. I have divided this report content into different sections First chapter is about the introduction in which I have discussed background history of AAUR and as well as the mission or vision statement and institution objective. Second chapter is about institution operations that shows AAUR organizational structure, Marketing strategy, competitive strategy and throughout institutional (business) process analysis. The third chapter discussed about my personal learning as an intern at AAUR, which stated the official duties I performed at AAUR worked in different departments, throughout accomplishments, as well as the extra knowledge that acquired. This section also show problems that personally encountered during the internship and stated personal opinion of internship experience that can influence career. The forth chapter discussed the recommendations and conclusion and last fifth section is about the weekly reports that shows throughout outline of gained insights
