Abstract

I have completed my internship in State Bank of Pakistan (BSC) Lahore. State bank the central bank of Pakistan and the commercial banks have been controlling by SBP which operate in our country. SBP is monetary body. State bank Karachi is the head office and head branch where policy making, main HRD, Core operation is decided for the execution for the other field offices and work flow start from there, they directed the notices orders to other field offices. State bank has 16 field branches instead of Karachi which is only working as head office despite of head office field offices work as BSC (Banking services Corporation). National bank works as chest of state bank where SBP field office is not located in any city.
