dc.description.abstractOne of the most common disease across the globe that will lead to death if there is no proper and continuous health care is diabetes. The failure to control this disease, not only results in long term complications but it also affects life of the people suffering from this disease. If the glucose level is monitored on regular basis, it will provide help to the patients to maintain their health in a proper way. A continuous feedback information about their sugar level is quite helpful for a patient to take care of the health. This document provides the design of the system developed for the monitoring of glucose level, blood pressure and temperature of the patient. Making the desired data available in the cloud, it can be used by the doctors to get that data and provide suggestions. This will help better health care management of their patients. This system will be implemented by using Arduino UNO in order to read data from the user side and displaying towards the doctor side.
