INTERNSHIP REPORT ON PepsiCo International

Abstract

This report is aimed at studying and analyzing “PepsiCo International”. This report is based on the findings of six weeks of internship. Internship experience is very important and helpful before starting a full-time job in the field. Internship gives students the opportunity to grow, academically and personally. PepsiCo consists of different departments and each department plays a major role in the company's growth because it is an FMCG company. Pepsi International is a well-known brand around the world. It is a well-organized international corporation that works practically everywhere in the world. They manufacture one of the best carbonated drinks in the world. Pepsi is a global icon of sanitation, quality, and service. Pepsi has been making Cola for over 100 years and has long controlled the global market. Its headquarters are in New York. In this report, I have discussed many things about the company like introduction, function's role of the company, products and services offered by the company as well as the information about how PepsiCo operates with its technical professionals spread across the county. The report has the information about different departments and products and services of PepsiCo. This report also consists of SWOT Analysis. The last portion of this report comprises recommendations and conclusions. It takes ownership and pride in the projects entrusted to them and tailors its efforts to match precise requirements.
