Abstract
The aim of this research project is to identify factors that affect intentions to adopt mobile
banking in Pakistan empirically. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are used to
track the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, awareness, social norms,
security and privacy as well as self-efficacy on individuals’ intention to adopt mobile
banking. The results of this research project show that intentions to adopt mobile banking is
positively affected by perceived utility and perceived ease of use.
