Abstract

I worked as an intern in the accounts and finance department of Master Wind Energy Limited (MWEL), actively getting involved in a variety of financial activities and obtaining valuable practical experience. This report is an overview of the specific observations, skills, and knowledge that I acquired throughout this internship. The main goal of the internship was to provide internees with a practical understanding of financial procedures, such as budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and accounting concepts. Gaining extensive knowledge of the business's financial environment and operations was made possible by taking part in a range of tasks and projects. During my internship, I was mostly responsible for ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial data entering. Moreover, I generated financial reports, contributed in auditing procedures, and actively participated in the budget analysis process. Along with improving my technical skills, these experiences increased my capacity to collaborate with people in a professional team setting. All things considered, my internship at Master Wind Energy Limited has been a worthwhile and remarkable experience that has given me a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles. Without any doubt, the skills and knowledge I've acquired from this internship will provide an excellent foundation for my future financial pursuits. I additionally assisted in helping the finance team prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders both (internal and external) of the company. My internship with Master Wind Energy provided me with a lot of opportunity for professional development. I gained a thorough understanding of Master Wind Energy and the finance department of the company. I have no doubt that the skills and knowledge I gained from my internship would be useful to me in my future career. All things considered, internship with Master Wind energy limited (MWEL) was an improving and critical experience.
