EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This report will overview all the activities done as an internee in Dubai Islamic Bank Limited the DIBL was founded in 1975, Dubai Islamic Bank is the largest bank in the UAE by assets and a public combined run-of-the-mill company listed on the Dubai economic marketplace. The first chapter covers the contribution, strengths, vision, and mission. While the second chapter covers the organizational structure of the organization along with this the structure of other departments as well. In the third chapter the main duties of the internee are discussed and along with this the accomplishments and the problems faced by the internee are also discussed in this chapter. The other main point which is discussed in this chapter is the experience which is gained by the internee how will impact the future of the internee. While the chapter is the conclusion.
