Our research topic is “The differences between stress level of freshmen and seniors” and we will be examining the common sources behind this difference and the several strategies opted by the students in order to overcome these situations. There is an evident observation that the two, freshmen and seniors both describe themselves differently based on a lot of changes that occur to them during the four years of university life. Moreover, this difference in the personality and stress is quiet obvious in some people and subtle in others. Furthermore, freshmen possess difference from seniors because in their case it’s all about the first time, they do a lot of academic related things for the very first time. When freshmen shifts from college to university there is an overall change in their life which can prove to be a reason for stress and strain on their brains; they get to think more critically on things and overall the assignments they are assigned are more demanding as compared to their previous years and thus leaves them in a mess to understand things.
