Internship Report Moiz textele Mill

Abstract

This report contains information regarding my internship with Moiz Textile Ltd. I have addressed every significant component of the textile firm in this comprehensive report, which I observed and perceived during my internship program. This report contains information about Moiz Textile Ltd, from its beginnings to the present day. Throughout my internship, I worked in the Marketing & Sales department. All department have been briefly discussed, and all policies and procedures have been thoroughly defined. Throughout this six-week internship program, I had the opportunity to see many department activities, including pending book, customized sales report, CEO report, orders booking, aging report and spinning plan. As the primary objective of an internship is to learn via practical experience and to apply the knowledge acquired during the academic process to real-world problems in order to solve them using the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the academic process. The organization has been thoroughly analyzed in this report, and all financial, technological, management, and strategic factors have been reviewed in order to determine the firm's current situation. The learning and experiences portion of the report details all of the encounters and practices that I encountered during the six-week internship program. This report also includes a section on suggestions and recommendations, in which I discuss various options for Moiz Textile Ltd., stating that by implementing them, they can boost their employees' productivity and efficiency at work, which will benefit the company in the long run.
