However, less attention to substantial issues regarding social and environmental parameters posits higher stakes involved in project success. The aim of this study is to acknowledge the correlation between project sustainability management (PSM) and project success (PS). For this, Model of (Marly M. Carvalho & Rabechini, 2017) adapted, in which social (SP) and environmental (EP) performances tends to mediate the PSM-PS relationship, has been empirically tested . The unit of analysis is the Projects in which 242 responds of Management staff working on orders of export clients of textile industry were analysed. “Preacher & Hayes macro–Statistical Analysis Technique” is used to check the validation of hypothesized model. The study revealed that all the three factors PSM, EP, SP boost the project success (PS) individually during export projects but EP effect negatively on PS in the light of PSM contrary to behavior of SP. In the end, findings are discussed in light of existing literature which offers some valuable insights for both academic researchers as well as practitioners.
