Habitation and Rehabilitation Halfway Homes for Non-Offenders are designed as supportive transitional environments that assist individuals in developing life skills, independence, and social reintegration. These homes provide structured living, vocational training, counselling, and community support, enabling residents to rebuild confidence, achieve self-sufficiency, and reintegrate into society with dignity.
