Whenever a person wanted to bid on something, he must personally visit the office, which would cause him much difficulty. Moreover, all the tendering records and the records of upcoming bids are stored manually. Recently, people are beginning to doubt owners’ ability to seek alternative tenders without placing themselves at risk of litigation. This project’s main innovative idea is to come up with an e-tender application that will help the users to place tender online quickly and bid for their specified tender.
