FMAT Analyzation System

Abstract

“FMAT (Fan Manufacturing and Testing) Analyzation System” is used for testing of electric fans & motors while being manufactured, and monitoring of testing process in the industry. It will also be used for quality control of completely manufactured products. Testing equipment and meters will be placed on all workstations with their embedded displays, sensors, and indicators. Readings data from all workbenches will be sent to main penal where testing results will be stored. Serial No or QR code will be generated for every tested product and will be placed on that product. Moreover, Stored results will be used in software for different purposes like performance comparison with some standards, weekly/annual improvement analyses and investigation about products returned from market. Results and records can also be viewed by client-side application used by owner/ manager.
