Abstract
Zinc Sulphide nanoparticles have been used in energy storage devices like
electronics, batteries and hybrid automobile systems. Recently paper based
materials are popular due to their flexibility. Lignocelluloses were extracted from
Papaya plants that were grown naturally in this study. Six electrode samples for
energy storage applications were produced. Single layer electrode position
technique was used for LC/ZnS/Au and LC/ZnS/Ni. In this research study, ZnS
nanoparticles were prepared by microwave assisted method with variation in
stirring time. The prepared material was characterized by XRD, SEM, Raman
spectroscopy,UV and CV.
