Automated Chatbot

Abstract

Automated Chatbot will help people to get suggestions about their travelling at any time. Railway Station or Bus Terminal service providers are not available all the time to guide you about their services because they can’t answer all customers at same time. Most of the time people get frustrated due to this unavailability issue, which results in poor service. There are apps for different bus services but using messenger bot people don’t need to install an extra app. They can get information about different bus services by just messaging. The solution to this unavailability issue is chatbot, which will answer all the queries of people like which schedules of buses, ticket price to travel from one city to another, what services are provided at different bus terminals or railway station, all terminal locations of bus services etc. In a specific domain chatbot is more efficient than human.
