Event planning and booking is used to manage all the activity related to the event. This is a web and mobile platform, which will bring a new breath of air in the event booking and planning. By bringing all the caterer's, event halls, marquee's and event management companies to one platform, the main purpose of this is to save time and resources and from going the extra mile. As our saying is, "Save time and utilize resources carefully". This platform will help people to plan and book their events online according to their resources, time and choice. This event planning and booking system brings interactive event planning and booking as close as their personal computers. This platform is for all the people living across Pakistan. In Pakistan, the number of events management companies working mostly all about catering and decorating events. There is not any event managing offer for the customers other than the events offered by the companies itself. In both of these companies, customers are not provided the facility to customize an event according to their requirements and needs. That is one major drawback for events managing companies that are running at present. After having a deep observation on these systems a system is made for the easy of customers in arranging and making events that is “Event Planning and Booking System” which will deal with the events of more than these categories and will be connected with the marquees and halls that are used for wedding or any other get together functions. In this system, the customer will easily choose and select the category of event he/she want to arrange with the brief detail of everything including food, decorations, sitting arrangements, etc. This system will make customer not to check out marques one by one to get information about the available date and timing schedule and categories of events. This system will provide all information to the customer at one platform and its priority is the satisfaction of the customer. Under this system, the customer can check the offers of events that are available to the customers by system and can select any of the suitable offer according to his/her requirement. The customer would be able to book the event in advance and can cancel the booking according to terms and condition rules. Secondly, if any customer wants to arrange an event other than the events offered by the system, the customer can customize the event requirements to the system and the system can go through it and work on it in the light of rules and regulations. The system will also manage the events that are customized by the customers upon demand and its complete package will be shared by the customers in brief details before confirming. That would be the best plus point for this system to interact and easy the customers than other events management companies.

In the modern world of IT, technology has made possible for all people to come in contact with each other at anywhere. At this time there are many social applications which helps peoples to connect to others over internet, but in some countries those social applications are ban so the peoples of those countries disconnect from others and to talk or chat they make calls and send messages from their cellular service which is costly. To make calls and messages cheap we are developing an android application for the users to make calls anywhere in the world on anyone mobile number which are cheaper than international cellular service providers.
