    Smart Auto Mechanic Finder

    Smart Auto Mechanic Finder is an android based application for the purpose of finding auto mechanics that is near to your current location. Currently, all the details of tuning and repairing of vehicles used to be maintained manually. This is not advisable because maintenance and retrieval of information become tedious. Our Project on Car mechanic finder is fully online application that provides complete access throughout the organization and Customers in which they can login and get good experience of use. There are two main entities, one is Mechanic and second is user. Anyone who wants to provide vehicle services is a Mechanic. The mechanic provides his bio data and skills for the sake of making portfolio. This portfolio is provided to the customer whereas the customer can visualize the mechanic profile. A user can be vehicle owner who selects the car services which he wants to avail. User chooses the mechanic by viewing his profile which has detail information about Mechanic. Moreover, information about a mechanic, comments and rating should be visible on his profile. This application is location base to find Mechanic as near to user for convince for both Mechanic and Vehicle Owner.

    Smart Tutor Locator

    Smart tutor locator is an android application based on finding teacher lessons that are near to your current location. There are two main entities, one is teacher and second is learner. Anyone who wants to teach is declared as teacher. The teacher provides the information about the lesson that he wants to teach. Further, the teacher provides the entire detail of the lesson. Lesson can be any types of skill or other educational lesson. This portfolio is viewed by the user. User can be student who selects the lessons which he wants to learn. Learner chooses the tutor by viewing his profile and the profile has detailed information about the tutor. Rating is also shown on his profile. In addition to facilities provided by Smart tutor locator, one can easily view location (provided by the teacher) of lecture being held.

    Smart Synopsis Review System

    In COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus, there is a traditional and outdated system to review the synopses of students enrolled in the Master’s program. In this system students, faculty and administrative staff wait for the completion of others task i.e. their work tasks are dependent on the completion of other tasks. There is no online smart system available to avoid the delays due to waiting to complete the tasks. This project is proposed to automate the "Synopsis Review Process", by developing an intelligent Web and Mobile Application which can smartly work and facilitate the admin, student and faculty in synergy. The proposed system will inform the current status to the students via both an email and notification on their portal on both web and Mobile app. The system will provide attractive and easy interfaces to the students, admin and faculty members to perform their tasks. Students will register and submit their synopses and the system possess the suggestion based functionality which will recommend the best reviewer (faculty member) options to admin so that he can assign the synopses to the best reviewers (Faculty members) for review. Reviewers review the synopses, and submit review comments while system will assess the comments and notify the admin. Further, admin forward the comments to the supervisor and students. Furthermore, admin will also schedule the presentation for revised synopsis and system will inform participants and staff. In whole process, the system will automatically alert completion of each stage to corresponding persons, via email and notification on their portal, so that everyone stays updated. The process will be completed on the final decision taken by the synopsis evaluation panel. Mainly the proposed system will save the time and effort of students, faculty members, and the administrator for the timely completion of the review process.
