In the world full of technologies all older technologies are gradually updated to new technologies with a new and better version of their self and their performance is astonishing and they are working more effectively and creating ease in lives. As different technologies are updated to their new version’s computer is also one from them which was once huge enough and have the size of single large room then gradually, they got small with better features and functionalities. Similarly, one of the core part of computers, with the passage of time secondary memory also evolve and updated to a new form, like Hard Disk Drive (HHD) has been replaced with Solid State Drive(SSD) HHD were slow and have high read-access which results in slow system performance but SSD’s are new version with major updates in hardware components and soft wares and Speed of drive is dramatically changed with the time definitely software algorithms along with hardware too but thirst to provide more relief and to get more benefits in terms of time and storage is still up, in this case, huge research has already done on Algorithms but researchers are still working to increase the speed of already existing algorithms of Solid State Drive(SSD) and there is research to make these algorithms better and to increase speed more and more up to its maximum possible extent. As SSD market is growing different researches are underway that how already existing algorithms are working and how can we further improve them after that development and deployment of improved and optimized algorithms.

Feasibility Test of mm-wave in Futuristic Wireless Applications
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Muhammad Zaman Aslam; FA18-RCS-030; LHR TP 7294; Dr. Amjad Ali
In the growth of technology and increasing demands of data intensive applications in terms of high throughput and low latency explains the evolution of telecommunication network standards. The next fifth generation wireless networks will satisfy the increasing demands of data hungry applications like (autonomous vehicles, drones, augmented and virtual reality etc.) also introduces itself with exciting new features.5G has emerged with exciting new applications and features because of high data rate and low latency support. Mm-wave is one of the strong candidate to support 5G wireless communications. This study will figure out that: are mm-waves are able to support high data rates during the mobility of low/moderate/high velocity of users. Also time critical applications i.e. drones, autonomous vehicles support high data rates and low latency. This will be done with the help of simulation tool. Network Simulator-3 (NS3) simulation tool will be used for the representation of facts and figures. This work will open new ways for future 6G research.
