We believe that our main goal should be an idea that solves a real-world problem to reduce the headache of a common man. As the use of technology has been growing day by day, the present generation needs information from time to time. So, with the combination of the present technology accompanied by the necessity of information transmission, we targeted the creative approach of “Vehicle Tracking System utilizing GPS”. Being university students, all of us face a lot of problems while traveling on university buses. Consequently, it was decided to deliver a better transport system that provides ease for students to book their ride at home to get rid of the traditional transport system. All the end-user problems (Students & Transport section) were taken into consideration to make this system more suitable and easier for everyone to use. Our ultimate goal was to deploy an efficiently resourced app for the universities in the first place that will work as part of the real-time bus monitoring system. Users need Internet-accessible devices to view the information as the system is built on the internet. The aim was to solve issues of reducing postponement, waiting time for students, contact between drivers and students. The prototype development model is chosen for the project. The framework designed and built up in this project is not module independently all components must incorporate to turn into a working framework. The system can provide a more reliable bus real-time position after the integration of all modules. Admin can operate admin panel using web application that is implemented on react while students and drivers can use mobile application that is implemented in react native.

As stated by World Health Organization(WHO), it is estimated that over 466 million people around the globe that are suffering from hearing loss that is disabling. [1]. In those 466 million people some are completely deaf that basically have little or no functional sense of hearing at all and the other are called “hard of hearing” who have mild-to-moderate hearing loss. Deaf people practice sign language to communicate whereas the hard of hearing can use sign language and spoken language with aid too. Deaf communicate in sign language as their first language. Abled people perhaps have little or no knowledge of sign language at all. Deaf people have difficulty in correspondence on a daily basis. A sign language interpreter may be used. But a sign language interpreter is expensive to have accessible all the time, and it becomes inconvenient too. A solution to this problem is needed, that is economical and easy to use. Hence, our final year project proposes a solution to this problem that is easy to use and have too. The solution wished-for being an android application works both ways. First as a listener i.e. it detects the signs performed by the deaf person using Smart phone/tablets camera or a device such as Kinect and translate them to native spoken language in form of text on an android tablet/Smart Phones screen. Secondly as a speaker i.e. it takes the text in natively spoken language typed by the abled person through the keyboard and converts it into a series of signs which are implemented on a 3D avatar on the screen of the Smart phone/ tablet.
