    In today's fast-paced job market, the traditional methods of job seeking and recruitment often fall short, leading to inefficiencies and mismatches. "CareerSync" addresses these challenges by introducing an innovative AI-based platform that transforms how job seekers and employers connect. This platform streamlines the job search process, making it more efficient, accurate, and user-friendly. At the heart of "CareerSync" are several key features. The Resume Scanner accurately extracts and presents job seekers’ information, eliminating common errors. Skill Tests, set by potential employers, offer job seekers a way to authentically showcase their abilities. The platform's Dynamic Recommendation Engine uses AI to match job seekers with suitable roles, going beyond basic keyword searches to ensure a better fit. Additionally, an Interactive Interview Prep Chat Tool provides candidates with personalized advice, enhancing their preparation for interviews. Our aim is to redefine the digital recruitment landscape. By implementing these advanced features, "CareerSync" not only simplifies the job search process but also ensures higher quality matches between candidates and employers. The project's success will be measured through improved job match accuracy, user satisfaction, and overall efficiency in the recruitment process. "CareerSync" is more than just a platform; it’s a step towards a more streamlined and effective digital job market.

    Find My School App + Web Portal

    This Project is a combination of both an advance mobile application for the Android operating system and a web application which will allow the users to locate the most authentic, suitable schools for their children while moving from one locality to another, as changing children school and their studying institutes is always a mess for a job holding parents, to solve this issue we present location-based school search which provides all major and common details regarding that school. User would be able to search different institutes based on different search filters which manly would-be location, fees, type of education as there are normally three main types of education systems. i.e., Oxford Educational System (O/A Levels), Matriculation/ Intermediate based system and Madrassa System. After searching their desired type of institutes, they can view different details about that particular institutes, like it’s location, it’s classroom pictures, their fee structure and their official details including website or any other details while user would be able to directly call using contact button and can also find the exact location of the school via google maps.

    The worked progress presents in this report is about the Online Teaching Platform for students known as “Teachital”. As we know that, we have an extreme need for online teaching in these days due to Covid 19. We need a way of quality interaction between teachers and students. To fulfill these desires, we are creating an online teaching platform in which a teacher can instruct students in a better way. This Web Application helps a student to communicate with his/her related teacher and vice versa. Teachers and students can make video/audio calls and chats for educational purposes.
