Rooted in historical, colonial, and cultural influences, colorism continues to shape perceptions of beauty and worth. In Pakistani society, this phenomenon is evident in film, television, advertising, and everyday interactions, where women are often objectified or judged according to male-defined standards. Modern management approaches include early screening, non-surgical interventions such as bracing and physiotherapy, and advanced surgical techniques for severe cases. Technological advancements like 3D imaging and minimally invasive spine surgery have improved treatment outcomes.
