    My employment at GHARIBWAL CEMENT LIMITED was a pleasant opportunity for me to fulfill the hands-on requirements of my BBA (Hons) degree. This internship allowed me to put my classroom knowledge into practice while also obtaining important insight into the profession. Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to tour practically every element of GCL and witness their procedures firsthand. This paper is an in-depth examination of my experience as an intern with Gharibwal cement Limited. This report attempts to summarize my internship experience, including the firm, my roles within it, and the activities we participated in. A six-week employment may not be lengthy enough to master every detail of a firm, but it will give you a fair concept of how things work in general. In this report, I discuss about company’s strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using our common sense. We also discuss about and suggestions and conclusions. I also mentioned our working experience in this report includes: Typing data making and developing new marketing strategies and how they can be implemented. I worked on a marketing survey as well.The opportunity to intern provided a singular window into the vibrant hospitality business. Market analysis, social media management, content production, competitor analysis, event planning, and digital advertising were among the department's primary duties. By helping to promote the properties of the organisation, these responsibilities gave me useful skills in market analysis, digital marketing, and content development. I supported employee onboarding, training and development, HR documentation, and employee engagement activities while working in the human resources department. My awareness of the crucial role HR plays in managing people and building a healthy work environment has grown as a result of this experience.

    I worked on a range of financial and parts-selling projects at Switch Enterprise during my internship. I began by doing bookkeeping assistance for the chief accountant. Invoices were generated, financial data was entered into spreadsheets, and I kept track of the inflow and outflow of funds for a few key clients. Since these clients were very important to our company's revenue, accuracy was essential. The company's strength lies in its ability to take advantage of opportunities, overcome challenges, and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction as it grows, diversifies, and changes over time. With a clear route to a future characterized by innovation and quality, Switch Enterprise is in a strong position to hold onto its leadership role in the logistics industry. In addition, I assisted in determining our team's bonuses according to job performance. Subsequently, I spoke with carriers in order to persuade them to select Switch Enterprise's offerings. This was a fun part where I learned how to effectively communicate the value of our services. Also, I developed my ability to negotiate well with carriers. I gained a great deal of money and selling skills from this internship, and I also learned a great deal about the logistics industry. I look forward to applying the knowledge and skills I've gained in my academic and professional pursuits.

Differentiating features include a dedication to Islamic banking principles, innovative technology ability, and strong backing for small and medium-sized enterprises. The bank performs numerous essential functions, such as processing transactions, analyzing risks, approving loans, and buying new customers. Digital platforms, data analytics, key financial systems, and cyber security processes take center stage when it comes to integrating technology.     From July 21, 2023, to September 31, 2023, I completed a six-week internship at the Islamic Banking Branch of Askari Bank Limited. This was a crucial part of the BBA program at Comsat University Lahore, Islamabad, which required real-world immersion. My time at the bank presented me with priceless experiences that contributed substantially to my professional development. The banking sector is a vital element in all nations' economies, being susceptible to the global environment. My report begins with a profile of Askari Bank Limited's past before diving into a comprehensive overview of banking. It delves further into the organizational structure and clarifies the goods and services that are provided to clients. A detailed overview of the AKBL branch's operational divisions and their corresponding departments is also given. Throughout the span of six weeks, the actions and responsibilities completed during an internship in a banking environment are divided into weekly segments, offering valuable understanding of daily operations. Additionally, the overall education obtained during this duration is taken into consideration. Using a SWOT analysis, the most significant advantages, disadvantages, prospects, and risks are determined. The analysis encourages contemplation of the primary obstacles faced. The focus is on educational objectives that encompass the acquired and developed knowledge relating to the toughest mission tackled by the bank thus far.
