    The report has all the information about my six-week internship that I completed during my summer break at Care Cosmetics Pakistan. I wanted to learn about the workplace culture and strategies of a business for its progress and strategies for client satisfaction. I used my marketing theory and prepared myself to work in a working atmosphere with all my concentration. The report detailed my working experience in the marketing and sales departments of Care Cosmetics. The history of the host organization and its aim and vision is the first topic I cover in the report. The background of the organization considers the organization's brief history, business model, product and service offerings, and legal standing. The vision covers the organization's strategic aims and objectives, the company's methods for achieving those goals, and how to build an interdependent, integrated organization, much like the mission statement does. I well comprehended the Care organization's history. The company's business operations, comprising the duties and activities a corporation performs to generate goods and services, were then briefly discussed. My aim was to learn the techniques for amazing product sales. I want to learn fresh strategies for bringing in clients and expanding my business. For the success of our organization, I wish to gain a variety of new skills during this internship, including how to interact with customers and how to apply cutting-edge strategies like social media marketing. And I picked up a lot of useful skills there. Similarly, A company's plan for reaching out to potential customers and converting them into buyers of its goods or services is known as its marketing strategy. How to compete in the business sectors in which a company works is referred to as competitive strategy. In other words, competitive strategy refers to how the company gains and keeps a competitive edge over rivals. In addition, the report includes what I learned from my job experience. My responsibilities, knowledge I've gained about the subject and professional life, challenges, and how this experience has changed how I view the world of work. What motivated me to do an internship? Any changes I underwent because of the internship are also noted. The report summarizes my experiences, company problems, my understanding of the organization, and strategies the company should use to rule the market. How much my learning has improved and how much my perspective on my profession has changed because of the knowledge I've gained at 7 work. To demonstrate how much, I learned from this internship; I am outlining all the activities along with a timetable in this report.

    I gave this internship location a lot of thought before deciding on this city. Given the importance of the garment industry to Pakistan's economic situation (68% of exports), I've decided to focus my professional efforts there. Although there have been losses, the textile business appears to be in an upswing based on Page. 5 the experiences I've had in a short period of time. This is why I've begun my professional career that has limited start at Shahkam Industrial (PVT). The knitwear mill Shahkam specializes in producing striper clothing for export. The United States and Emea are Shahkam's two biggest markets. Shahkam Products has dedicated itself to serving the needs of its local clientele. From the 18th of July, 2023, until the 29th of August, 2023, I will be interning at Shahkam Electronics (PVT also) limited. During my time at work, I saw the entire manufacturing process from beginning to end. What I learned about the company's daily operations within all areas was quite helpful. To better understand how stuff works together, I visited numerous departments, such as PPC, economics with advertisement, fabric dying, knitting, wrapping him go, manufacturing units, the yarn store, buying decisions, and the ecru the cotton steps. In addition, I saw how the various departments operate together and how they are run.

During my internship at Orient Material Private Ltd., I gained practical insights into financial procedures, including release of Purchase Orders, Invoice Posting, Voucher Generation, Check Writing, and Register Maintenance in SAP (Resource Planning Software). This firsthand experience enhanced my theoretical knowledge and provided a practical perspective on the Financial intricacies of the organization.
