    This report summarizes a six-week internship experience at T.U. plastic Industry (PVT) Ltd. by the intern. It consists of a variety of analysis and representations, all of which could be useful to the business in the future. The report also includes a description of a Human Resource intern's everyday responsibilities, which cover a range of duties, successes, and new skills acquired while working on real-world projects. The report compiles these activities. The most important aspect of this report is how the internship may affect a candidate's future career. My internship at T.U. Plastic Industries completed, according our internship program. The Industry holds an important place in the international marketplace. The T.U. Plastic Industry exports a significant amount of goods. It exports T-U synthetic leather for soccer balls, PVC synthetic leather for clothing, PVC synthetic leather for furnishings, and so on. The term "constant growth" sums up T.U. Plastic Industry the best. Although it is not the largest corporation in Lahore, but it has steady and outstanding growth throughout the years. As a matter of fact, the company doesn't require any form of marketing or advertising because its clients buy raw materials from them and distribute them globally. The range of products and markets is diverse. In the artificial leather sector, T.U. Plastic Industry is unique in that it offers its clients the widest range and finest variety of raw materials all under one roof. Significant advancements have been made in the field of leather throughout the last 50 years. More significant developments for the leather industry have come in the form of new materials, standards, and procedures as well as new methods and technology for making premium leather. By constantly overcoming these obstacles, T.U. Plastic Industry has maintained its goods' competitiveness. The fact that T.U. Plastic Industry-produced artificial leather is among the best-selling products worldwide is a source of satisfaction and pride.

    Sexual Harassment against Women at Workplaces and its Impact on Their Motivation and job satisfaction

    Sexual harassment is considered as a violation of human rights. Sexual harassment at the workplace is a very serious problem for the women, as they are very insecure during their working hours. Sexual harassment can socially harm anyone when someone gets exposed. It may also affect the productivity of the infected employees and also it can highly effect on their motivation. Sexual harassment involved an individual or group of individuals which are in sexual harassment behaviors and activities such as physical contact or requests for sexual favors, verbal and non-verbal conduct, making sexually colored remarks which disturb the human rights at workplace. It is highly necessary to remove sexual harassment at workplace because it can highly affect the mental health of the victim and also it can reduce the productivity of the victim and also reduce the motivation of the victim who is being sexually harassed at the workplace (Handbook on Sexual Harassment of Women at Work Places, 2015).
