    In this report I will give you an overview of my internship, at International Advisors Pvt Ltd. During my time I worked as a trainee in the financial markets specifically focusing on the forex market. The CEO of the company Mr. Ahmad Mukhtar Mirza played a role in mentoring and guiding me throughout this experience. This report covers aspects of my internship, including information about the organization itself its business operations and the valuable knowledge and skills I gained. The internship went beyond aspects; it highlighted the importance of discipline, patience and risk management when dealing with the unpredictable nature of currency trading. While working alongside professionals I was able to enhance my abilities in analyzing complex data recognizing patterns and making well informed decisions. The skills I acquired during this internship are not limited to trading they are transferable to different areas within the financial industry. Skills like thinking, pattern recognition and decision making under pressure are highly valuable for a career in finance. As I begin my journey after this internship program concludes I am confident that the knowledge, skills and experience gained during this time will serve as a foundation for success. This internship has deepened my understanding of markets while instilling in me an appreciation, for making informed decisions based on thorough analysis and risk assessment.

    Askari Bank ltd is a commercial and retail bank in Pakistan which is owned by Fauji Foundation. It has 560 branches across country and awarded twice as “Best Retail Bank in Pakistan” in year 2004 and 2005 by Asian Banker. This report is prepared to show a brief analysis of AKBL. The purpose of this report is to share the practical knowledge that I have gained through my summer internship period. I applied in their six-week summer internship program and got selected. I started my internship on 17th July and ended on 28th August. My manager gave me multiple tasks and assigned different duties to me during my 6-week internship period. All those duties and tasks are clearly mentioned in this report. The environment of AKBL was pleasant, Various training was conducted by AKBL manager for Internees. This internship report details the experiences and learning during six-week at AKBL. The report is divided into three chapters. The first chapter provides an overview of the organization, including its mission statement, and background. The second chapter covers the business operations and includes the organizational structure, SWOT analysis, marketing and competitive strategies, and business process analysis. The third chapter focuses on the intern's experiences, which include duties, accomplishments, new knowledge acquired, problems encountered, and the impact of the experience on future career prospects. Overall, this report provides valuable insights into the workings of a bank and the experiences of an intern within its operations.
