The primary objective of this report is to describe my first experience working in an organization. I spent seven weeks there as an intern in their accounting department. This is a short period of time, and learning all of the functions in such a short period of time was difficult; now, the experience was extremely beneficial and informative. In that short time, I learned how to enter data, verify documents, utilize accounting software, track receipts, purchase orders, and make invoices. Many things will come in beneficial for me in the future. In this paper, I have summarized the basic concepts of how a textile mill works. Through this internship program, I was able to learn about the company's many operations. Furthermore, I performed a strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis. This report describes my experience here, as well as the lessons I have learned and knowledge I have gained. I wanted to describe the knowledge I gained from such a source in this study. It has taken all of my time, energy, and ability, as well as everything I have learnt. Overall, my learning experience has taught me about the overall design, as well as its administration, regulations, methods, and objectives. My internship experience taught me a lot about the textile industry, and I have written about what I have learned about industry exercises and manufacturing procedures. Everything I learned while there has been written down. I have this paper, which is the conclusion of my activities, to guarantee my professional life.Item Askari Bank D-Block DHA EME Multan Road, Lahore(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2023-11-20) Komal Nisar; Sp20-Bba-021; Hudda RiazFrom July 21, 2023, to September 31, 2023, I completed a six-week internship at the Islamic Banking Branch of Askari Bank Limited. This was a crucial part of the BBA program at Comsat University Lahore, Islamabad, which required real-world immersion. My time at the bank presented me with priceless experiences that contributed substantially to my professional development. The banking sector is a vital element in all nations' economies, being susceptible to the global environment. My report begins with a profile of Askari Bank Limited's past before diving into a comprehensive overview of banking. It delves further into the organizational structure and clarifies the goods and services that are provided to clients. A detailed overview of the AKBL branch's operational divisions and their corresponding departments is also given. Throughout the span of six weeks, the actions and responsibilities completed during an internship in a banking environment are divided into weekly segments, offering valuable understanding of daily operations. Additionally, the overall education obtained during this duration is taken into consideration. Using a SWOT analysis, the most significant advantages, disadvantages, prospects, and risks are determined. The analysis encourages contemplation of the primary obstacles faced. The focus is on educational objectives that encompass the acquired and developed knowledge relating to the toughest mission tackled by the bank thus far. At the end of the report, there are additional documents that supplement the study with more records. CBL is located at Lahore-Sargodha Road, Pindi Bhattian. This report shows my experience gained through my internship at Crescent Bahuman Limited. In this report, I have briefly described the major factors of the textile firm that I have learned from my internship period in CBL. In this report, you will discover the historical background of the Organization from its inauguration to its present position where it stands right now. After completing my internship at Crescent Bahuman Limited, I learned a lot about the textile sector of Pakistan. During my stay at CBL as an internee, I learned a lot about the textile sector and how they make quality garments from raw cotton. After working at Crescent Bahuman Limited, I realized how much work and effort the workers have to put in the production just to satisfy the customers and meet their expectations. In this report, technical and strategic aspects have been analyzed to evaluate the current position of Crescent Bahuman Limited. Along with its SWOT analysis, background, organizational structure, marketing strategy, and business process analysis, the competitive strategy has been discussed and recommendation has been made for improvement which may be required. The end of my report consists of duties, accomplishments, new knowledge acquired, problems encountered, processes, and policies that I have gone through in my internship period. Crescent Bahuman Limited. Pakistan’s first vertically integrated firm is working in the production and marketing of denim textile and apparel products ranging from raw cotton to ready-to-wear goods. The company operates as a spinning, weaving, and GMT apparel.
