Item Nonlinear Large Amplitude Wave Analysis in Quantum Plasmas(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2019) SHAHID IDREES; CIIT/FA17-RPH-047/LHR; Dr. Hammad Habib; LHR TP 5730In nature, nonlinear waves have been observed. In un-magnetized quantum plasmas including electrons and ions, linear and nonlinear ion-acoustic waves are studied. To describe the nonlinear ion acoustic waves in quantum plasma, Sagdeev approach is to be used. In electron-ion quantum plasma taking subsonic case, formation of dip density structures is found. It is shown from dip density structures that width broaden is directly proportional to quantization i.e. width of the wave is broadened with the increase in the value of quantum parameter ‘H’ while the amplitude of nonlinear density dip structures remains same. On the other hand, the amplitude of wave is inversely related to Mach number of the wave. It implies that amplitude of nonlinear wave is decreased with the increment in the value of Mach number. The numerical outcomes are likewise exhibited.
