It disproportionately affects women and marginalized groups, limiting their sense of safety, freedom of movement, and participation in society. Rooted in gender inequality and social power dynamics, street harassment is both a social and human rights issue. Addressing it requires public awareness, legal frameworks, and cultural change to create safer and more inclusive environments.Item Experimental Typeface(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2018) Blessy Khokhar; FA14-BDE-017; Mr. Ihtasham Farooqi; LHR TP 5386Experimental Typeface explores the boundaries of typography by challenging conventional rules of form, readability, and visual communication. The project investigates how letterforms can be deconstructed, abstracted, and reinterpreted through creative processes, materials, and digital techniques. By merging artistic expression with typographic principles, the typeface becomes a medium for innovation and conceptual storytelling. This approach redefines typography not only as a tool for communication but also as an experimental visual language that evokes emotion, perception, and identity.Item Braille Book(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2018) Saba Jamil; FA14-BDE-009; Mr. Ihtasham Farooqi; LHR TP 5388A Braille book is a specialized reading material designed for individuals with visual impairments, using the Braille system of raised dots that can be felt with the fingertips. Developed by Louis Braille, this format enables independent reading and learning. Braille books cover a wide range of subjects, including education, literature, and daily information, promoting literacy and accessibility. With advancements in technology, Braille materials are now also available in digital and refreshable formats, enhancing access to information for visually impaired individuals.Item Walk Through In Walled City(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2016) Mahum Khalid; FA12-BDE-004; Mr. Ihtasham Farooqi; LHR TP 5398A Walk Through the Walled City highlights the historical, cultural, and architectural significance of traditional walled cities. It explores the narrow streets, historic buildings, markets, and heritage sites that reflect the lifestyle and traditions of past generations. The walk provides an opportunity to experience the unique urban fabric, community life, and cultural heritage preserved within the city walls. It also emphasizes the importance of conserving these historic areas to maintain their identity and pass their rich history on to future generations.
