Many people may forget that a disabled person is first of all person with the desires, heart, talent, a little like everyone else. The definition of person is the similarity we have as human being which often apply to individual of differently abled. The marginalized and incoherence between two groups therefore ultimately leads to a need for an inclusive and open solution which would make the needs of all without interference and obstacle not only in space, but also in inclusive and in mental activity. The aim is to provide empowerment and opportunities by converting the “City of Diversity” into “City of Inclusivity”. For this, recreation is an appealing necessary type of activity which everybody, no matter what category demands. It is thus also taken advantage of by bringing together these two groups and integrating them into by collaborative design practices that often encourage acceptance.
