The study highlights how such a space can stimulate economic growth, promote entrepreneurship, and strengthen the fashion ecosystem.

Social relationships, cultural values, and community participation within a neighbourhood play an important role in shaping residents’ quality of life, safety, and well-being. Thus, a neighbourhood functions not only as a physical space but also as a social unit that fosters interaction, cooperation, and a sense of belonging among its residents
