Item HOW TO MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES WITH ISLAMIC WAYS?(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2020) MUHAMMAD YASIR MUSHTAQ; FA17-BBA-213; TAYYABA NOREEN; LHR TP 6679The fundamental target of this report is to survey the part of Islam in encouraging individuals to work and to find a way to motivate Muslims through the organization. The research is built on secondary data. Mostly, stimulus is a managerial manner by which managers in the organization can achieve their goals, and managers in the organization encourage their subordinates / employees to take the necessary actions to improve efficiency. In fact, all managers in the organization are responsible for providing employees with a supportive performance environment, and the employees themselves are also responsible for motivation. And I believe that without the motivation of the employees, even though the productive resources of the organization have been greatly improved, the lack of motivation of any organization will not be able to achieve the vision and the mission. In this research, later Islamic values such as behavior, respect for work, acceptance of the greatness of effort, shared discussion etc., discussed certain methods and practices or methods to motivate people. Some fundamental or important motivating factors are also mentioned. This research shows that in today's era of management, it is impossible to maintain and retain employees in the organization or to work with unproductive effects. And I think any institute can boost certainly the yield, job fulfillment, performance, determined use of labor proficiency and effectiveness etc. and performance is a combination of efficiency and effectiveness. And organization achieves all parts via proper motivating of its employees.Item THE EFFECTS OF LINEAR EDUCATION SYSTEM IN PAKISTAN(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2020) MUHAMMAD MUTAYYAB UL HAQ; FA17-BBA-206; TAYYABA NOREEN; LHR TP 6762Since the formation, Pakistan has faced several problems which caused unrest all across the country. Despite knowing the significance of education and being aware of the fact that it is the only way to bring social progress and economic development in this country, many people and leaders have made the education system flawed. Education plays an important role in bringing stability in the country but the educational system of Pakistan has not been improved since its foundation. However, the conditions of even the most prestigious institutions of Pakistan are deteriorating day by day. One of the major reasons is that few of heads responsible for updating it are sitting on their seats, earning money though corruption, rather than updating the educational system of Pakistan.
