Introduction Corporate social responsibility is a phrase that has develops into very famous round the globe; despite of various opinions about corporate social responsibility no one can deny the importance it has captured over the last few decades. Even though, CSR has propelled extremely in developed countries but, in Pakistan it is still in an introductory stage. Companies in Pakistan have different perception about CSR, some of them think that paying taxes to government is a CSR activity; others think spending on employee welfare development is a CSR activity and so on. It has been well, recognized in many studies that CSR committed association are flourishing in developing constructive moral distinctiveness, and strong association, with the key stakeholders such as workers, consumers, investors etc. Due to the growing magnitude of developing associations among organization and the public, CSR has emerged and has taken a vital place among organizational strategies to maintain and grow in today’s business world. Tactical significance of CSR to association is a approach to gain success and sustainability. In reality Corporate social responsibility is something more than this all, I will explain this all in later part of this project and also we will identify discrepancies between the CSR which should be implemented and which is being implemented in Pakistan by different Local and multinational companies.

I worked at H. Ali Nawaz Rice Mills for six weeks. The company specialises in rice processing, such as husking, polishing, sorting, grading, and exporting rice. They are remarkable in all elements of management, from strategy to supervision. Production, Lab & Procurement, Finance/Accounts, and Administration & Human Resource Management are the four main departments at H. Ali Nawaz Rice Mills. I was assigned to the Finance/Accounts Department during my internship, where I assisted the Chief Finance Officer Mr. Mazhar Iqbal and worked under his supervision while also handling some responsibilities on my own. This experience has highlighted the importance of combining hands-on experience with academic knowledge when navigating the complexity of the financial operations. In conclusion, my time at H. Ali Nawaz Rice Mills was an invaluable learning opportunity that provided substantial insight into the operational aspects of the rice sector and the industrial as well as financial functioning.

I worked on a range of financial and parts-selling projects at Switch Enterprise during my internship. I began by doing bookkeeping assistance for the chief accountant. Invoices were generated, financial data was entered into spreadsheets, and I kept track of the inflow and outflow of funds for a few key clients. Since these clients were very important to our company's revenue, accuracy was essential. The company's strength lies in its ability to take advantage of opportunities, overcome challenges, and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction as it grows, diversifies, and changes over time. With a clear route to a future characterized by innovation and quality, Switch Enterprise is in a strong position to hold onto its leadership role in the logistics industry. In addition, I assisted in determining our team's bonuses according to job performance. Subsequently, I spoke with carriers in order to persuade them to select Switch Enterprise's offerings. This was a fun part where I learned how to effectively communicate the value of our services. Also, I developed my ability to negotiate well with carriers. I gained a great deal of money and selling skills from this internship, and I also learned a great deal about the logistics industry. I look forward to applying the knowledge and skills I've gained in my academic and professional pursuits.
