On July 6, 2023, I began a rewarding internship with Askari Bank Ltd., and it ended on August 16, 2023. I had the honor of working in the revenue and operations divisions at this time. Thanks to this experience, I was able to get practical information and skills that are essential in the working world as well as a deep understanding of the banking sector.I had the opportunity to learn about cost-effective product offers, customer interaction initiatives, and sales tactics by working closely with seasoned revenue department personnel. I was able to gain more knowledge about client expectations and how to interact and support them as a result of this advertising. To improve my wooing and salesmanship, I took an active part in product demos, client interactions, and sales efforts.Moving to the operations division allowed me to observe firsthand the intricate plans and procedures that support the bank's daily activities. This branch offered a distinctive viewpoint on the critical function that effective operations play in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and business stability. A wide range of operational aspects, such as account management, transaction processing, and compliance procedures, used to worry me. I received ongoing assistance from a group of committed mentors and professionals during my internship. They encouraged me to advance in my work, shared their experiences, and offered advice. My experience at Askari Bank Ltd. was enhanced by their seductive and enticing approach. Not the best educational experience, but still enjoyable. In the end, my internship at Askari Financial Institution Ltd. changed my life by deepening my awareness of the banking industry, aligning my real skills with my abilities, and setting me up for future success in the field of finance.
