Bank of Punjab

I am a final year student of bachelor’s in business administration Program at Comsats University Islamabad, Lahore. This program includes theoretical courses as well as practical experience for its students. For practical experience university requires its student to go through an internship Program in final year so that students can gain on-field knowledge and experience regarding the corporate sector the students are about to enter after their degree. Bank of Punjab is a leading scheduled bank of Punjab Government. It has won numerous rewards until now and continues to excel in financial sector with its competence and leadership. Bank of Punjab gave an opportunity to gain experience and apply my knowledge at Raiwind Road Branch. I worked from 20th March 2023 till 03rd May 2023 at various departments of the bank and learnt about the inner workings of the bank. their market position and various challenges they face in their daily operations. In crux I learnt about the process which is meticulously followed to ensure the perfection a bank must portray to gain the trust of their customers. Bank of Punjab entrusted me with responsibilities and projects especially the ADCEP Project which is regarding the data enrichment of old accounts as guided by State Bank and I managed to perform as par to their standards. Banking is all about discipline and professionalism, which is meticulously enforced down to the last stamp and signature. Being a government bank, such oversight is not expected from a government body. Even though bank of Punjab is hugely different from the usual perspective, but cracks do appear somewhere, and the leadership must be vigilant to preserve corporate culture and ethos. The bank is fully commercial institution and has a special relationship with the government which it can leverage to gain substantial market share. However close observations show that bank does not offer a wide portfolio of products to its consumers which it has the potential to offer.
CLEARPATH ORTHODONTICS

This report is based on the internship that I have successfully completed at Clearpath Orthodontics as a marketing internee. I joined Clearpath Orthodontics on 13th March 2023 and my internship duration over there was eight weeks that is till 13th May 2023. Clearpath orthodontics is the FDA approved aligner manufacturing company In Pakistan. They manufacture clear aligners in Pakistan and also abroad. During my time over there I participated in the marketing campaigns of Clearpath orthodontics which includes collaboration with different organization’s which includes collaborating with Jalal sons, SERVAID and Chughtai Lab. During my time over there I implemented the strategies I learned in the university and gain insight how the marketing world works outside the class. I would say I have enjoyed my time over there as an internee, Mer with experienced and skilled people of the field and learned a lot about the marketing world which enhanced my skill and will definitely help me in my future endeavours. I am grateful to the people at Clearpath who assisted me during my time over there. My sincere Gratitude Towards the CEO Dr. Waqas Wahab and Marketing Head Dr. Maheen Khan.
COVID-19 and Its Impact On business and Textile Industry in Pakistan

The worldwide breakdown of COVID-19 has affected immensely on the national and international economy. When most of the countries started to shut down their trade and all other business activities within and outside the country with an increase in the death rate then companies started striving for the least profit or in some cases just met the break-even point of balance. USA faced huge rate of unemployment 14.70% in 2020 than their previous years. In the mid of March Government of Pakistan decided to impose “smart lock down” in whole country as a first precautionary step to deal with this pandemic. (Global Entrepreneurship monitor, 2020)

My employment at GHARIBWAL CEMENT LIMITED was a pleasant opportunity for me to fulfill the hands-on requirements of my BBA (Hons) degree. This internship allowed me to put my classroom knowledge into practice while also obtaining important insight into the profession. Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to tour practically every element of GCL and witness their procedures firsthand. This paper is an in-depth examination of my experience as an intern with Gharibwal cement Limited. This report attempts to summarize my internship experience, including the firm, my roles within it, and the activities we participated in. A six-week employment may not be lengthy enough to master every detail of a firm, but it will give you a fair concept of how things work in general. This data has been incorporated in this report to the best of my ability. Throughout my internship, I got a firsthand view at how the organization's many departments worked. In accordance with these results, I have offered certain modifications that I believe would increase the business's productivity and effectiveness even more. Through my internship report, I have attempted to offer an accurate and thorough depiction of GCL Limited. The report covers the company's operating procedures, departmental activities, and general operations.

While section six is related to the business process analysis where all the operations described.in the section seven there are the problems which is faced by the Nishat. Section eight is based on the problems encountered. Section nine explain my duties while internship. Section ten and eleven is based on the accomplishments and new knowledge acquired respectively. Section twelve is about the conclusion. Section thirteen and fourteen are about the limitations and recommendations.

The role and impact of packaging effect on consumers buying behavior

In abstract the main part of our objective is to determine those elements that show us the important role of consumer’s buying behavior. The main purpose of this report is to tell you and find out the major important factors that are related to the packaging effect. And its impact through whom our success of brand is being considered 100% prosperous. Companies need to understand the customers taste before considering anything first. In order to create the right domain for the right package our products packaging must be based on the customer focused and customer-driven strategies. So before beginning the element of our basic work we need to identify and find out those variables which usually affect our packaging. Like weather condition can be variable that can make good or bad impact on the packaging products. Packaging cannot be survived in extreme hot areas where there is heat above then 50 centigrade’s. Storms are also the main cause of damaging the packaging. So for that reasons we have to take a strong measures in our packaging. Like for instance we need to use hard core Packaging for those Products. Which are very much expensive and live worthy products. For example. If you take an example of Japan. Nearly every year thousands of infrastructures are being damaged. By the emerging and evaporating of lava. Look how can you expect that your products or their parcels will be saved..... Means for that reason we need to build our packaging parcels in a bullet-proof cases. I'm taking about those parcels of packaging which are very much hard-core form inside being unable to be breaked in. If someone says it is difficult or impossible for the company to do so. Then I say to them if your companies Earning profits in millions. Why don’t you put half your profit in these secure-able things? To secure your business you need to do this. Otherwise if you failed for once you won’t be regaining up for the future.
