Item Automated Multiclass Liver Disease Diagnosis(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2022) Abubakkar Siddique (SP18-BCS-121), Muhammad Ali (SP18-BCS-077 ), Umer Sajjad (SP18-BCS-081); LHR TP 8024; Kanza HamidOur project Automated Multiclass liver disease diagnosis is used to diagnose normal, fatty and Cirrhosis liver diseases. The methodology that we are intending to implement, for detecting liver abnormalities in an automated manner is based on the ultrasound images. We deal with cases that are on boundaries and train such Machine learning algorithm to predict correct labels. To achieve this, created a website to predict liver disease in which we only need a liver ultrasound image and our website predict liver disease. Our trained model is Support Vector Classifier that helps us predicting Liver diseases. Our model trained on features that are extracted from relevant liver ultrasound images dataset. We extract features from each ultrasound image using Wavelet Packet Transformation techniques this feature extraction techniques help us to get high end results. Fatty and Cirrhosis liver diseases are among the most serious disorder which can’t be diagnosed at initial stages. Moreover, if these disorders are not captured initially, they may eventually lead to serious and critical circumstances. As of now, the most accurate method for the detection of most disorders of liver is Biopsy. A biopsy is a very expensive and painful method [1]. Therefore, considering all these problems, we have decided to jump into this problem and automate this complete process with the use of Machine Learning Classifier. Our proposed methodology for Automated Liver Disease Diagnosis will be a great help for poor people as it will be less expensive and ultimately providing relief from pain to the patients because they only need ultrasound images for predicting diseaseItem Escape – a Video Gaming Project(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2020-11-20) Saihaj Shahbaz Butt; FA16-BCS-174; Kanza Hamid; LHR TP 6155Escape is a video game development project that is being developed within the stealth genre. Inspired by recent video games’ success due to simplicity & the growing outreach of the gaming industry, Escape aspires to deliver an immersive, intuitive, & memorable experience to its player by remaining loyal to core stealth-gaming concepts. Creating a 3D world, Escape places the player in the shoes of an intruder on a mission to access a confidential room. Breaking into a building littered with dusky hallways that are keenly monitored by guards sporting flashlights, the intruder must sneak their way past them undetected to achieve their goal. The flashlights have a limited range, but if the player steps into it, the guard spots them & the game is lost. There are seven levels of progression with five core difficulty variables: the number of guards, the movement frequency of guards, maze complexity, challenges, evolution of level objectives, & power-effects. The game is being created for the Windows platform on Unity3D with models, animations, & sounds being designed on Blender, Adobe Fuse, Mixamo, Audacity, & Unity’s built-in modeling assets.Item Recommendation System(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Ibad Ahmad (SP18- BCS-159). Haseeb Yaseen (SP18- BCS-0470, Wahaj Hafeez(SP18- BCS-007); LHR TP 8023; Kanza HamidOur project is a generic recommendation system, which will be varying and adopting in the environment with the passage of time. In this project, our aim is to provide an online recommendation system service, which people can use to make their experience a lot better on contrary to their experience with some other service. To find a correct, low budget orientated and location friendly service is very important and required for users but it’s not a cake walk today as there are plenty of sources which are not among those which can be reliable. As of now, lot of recommendation systems are not able to suggest users an appropriate place that map their needs. Information mismatch have a great negative impact on such recommendation system predictions. To make a customised recommended application for imparting beneficial and powerful on line services, we want mass reviews and updated data from online databasesItem Smart Student ID Card(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Danish Mehmood , Uzair Imran; SP17-BSE-120 , SP17-BSE-126; Kanza Hamid; LHR TP 7192We have built up an echo system for the students and retailers of the University to make their transactions credit only. It will assist students with doing all cash base transactions rapidly and save their time. All students have their student ID cards and as of now its motivation is just recognizable proof of the student and we are making it smart by performing day by day money transactions through it. A large portion of the students have their bank, Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts yet they cannot make online transaction because of inaccessible assistance on retailer shop in the university/establishment. It is hard to remember all the card's security PIN codes and data of the relative multitude of cards and accounts and enter over and over during exchange. So, we will give to student a "Smart Student ID Card" which will perform cashless transactions through SSID Card inside the premises of university. Students has a Smart ID card which comprise of a special QR code and retailer will check the SSID card through Scanner and do transaction. Transaction will be made secured. Retailers also have an account to receive all payments in full through this card. This card will also help retailers to make large number of transactions in a short period of time. Retailers have their own accounts that will be linked to the system and all payments made to Students will be credited to the retailer's account. There is an administrator panel in this system that will help the retailer and student. Student will deposit money into his account through the administrator and the retailer will withdraw the money from his account through the administrator. Every transaction that is done will be recorded in the database.
