Organization citizenship behaviors are beneficial for organizations but have some personal cost for employees. Compulsory citizenship behaviors have significant positive relationship with employee’s burnout. We also found that transformational leadership buffers the relationship between compulsory citizenship behavior and employee’s burnout, such that the relationship is weaker under high level of transformational leadership
