Covid-19 effect on Sector & employment

The main aim of this project is to describe or through a light of effect on employment due to Covid-19, this pandemic is a catching disease and can’t be resolve that issue rapidly, only the way to resolve that issue is to maintain social distance and wear face mask and sanitize hand, restrict daily activities in which people meet together. This disease is started from china’s city wuhan in December 19, in Pakistan on 26 February reported 2 confirm cases of coronavirus and then in march Pakistani government take an action of starting lockdown when the confirm corona cases are too high and also the reporting rate of confirm cases on daily base is too high. In the disease of coronavirus the major symptom is fever, dry cough and tiredness and the less common symptom is headache, loss of smell and taste, a rash on skin etc. In this project I will discuss different sector and explain how they are affected by the covid-19. The sector which I’ll explain that are agriculture sector, Pakistan’s economy, Asian development bank report, IMF (international monetary fund) report, word bank report, Ministry of planning report, external environmental impact, effect on food industry, effect on small business, effect on technological advancement, effect on hotel industry and effect on tourism industry.

This internship report covers my time at Servis Industries Ltd., a major footwear, tyre, etc tube manufacturer. The goal is to share my internship learnings with management. Servis Industries Ltd., a major manufacturer, provided an excellent chance to learn about marketing, sales, and the market. The report's introduction covers the company's purpose, vision, goals, values, and different operations. Servis Industries Ltd focuses on retail and wholesale, specialising in leather shoes and cycle and motorcycle tyres and tubes. Throughout my internship period, I actively participated and contributed to the Marketing and Sales department, gaining real life experience in various functions within these domains. This executive summary serves as a preview of the detailed insights and observations. It outlines the organizational context, the sectors in which Servis excels, and emphasizes the practical aspects of my internship. I joined US Denim Mils (Pvt.) Ltd. Lahore for a short time as an internee. The motive behind the joining of US Denim was to experience the field working style and what are the practices of workplace. I devoted six weeks internship to learn about the US Denim which is the most precious time for me and it would be very helpful in my future. I visited almost every department of US Denim during internship. US Denim was established in 2006, now this organization has set a path of working smartly. US Denim is serving to large number of world’s top brands with their demanded specification and wit complete quality assurance. The objective of this report is to express what I did observed and what are the measures that can help US Denim to capitalize its strengths to overcome its weakness and remove the threats.
