Abstract:
Unpredictable employee turnover is a big problem for companies all around the globe.
Significant costs associated with internal expertise in order loss and decreased production
result from high staff churn. In order to foster employee engagement, learning, and
commitment—the three pillars of strategic the improvement of human resources
(SHRD)—it is essential that SHRD be deeply rooted in the organization's purpose and
objectives. Organizational and individual capacities are both enhanced via performance
management. Immediate outcomes are not necessary to achieve the long-term strategic
objectives listed in the SHRD framework, which include societal benefits, organizational
and human development, and training/learning transfer to workplaces. A common issue for
many companies, frequent employee turnover is something we can assist with.
