At Newscall, my internship saw me tackling different responsibilities - from organizing email
campaigns to studying the market data analytics, customer feedback analysis, outreach, online surveys,
and social media management.
At Newscall, I sharpened my marketing and customer relations knowledge through a range of tasks.
Crafting peculiar content, such as email marketing and blog posts, that would be impactful across
social media platforms was my main focus. On top of that, I was responsible for monitoring the brand's
social media presence, building connections with patrons, and analyzing outcomes. My position
required me to tackle consumer-related concerns with proficiency, where I excelled in resolving issues
with a customer-friendly approach. |
