INTERNSHIP REPORT on Rustam Towel PVT (LTD)

Abstract

With just 12 Pakistani looms when it began its towel business a little over 30 years ago, Rustam Towel has grown to become one of Pakistan's biggest producers and exporters of terry towels, kitchen towels, and bathrobes over time through consistent service and quality assurance efforts. The facility has 15 acres of land and employs +/- 600 people. It is completely integrated. Weaving, dying, and finishing/packaging are all included in the production. Every unit has the newest machinery to provide the greatest results. They also have embroidery facilities in our factory. The factory holds ISO 9001 & 14001, GOTS, SMETA, OEKO-TEX, and BSCI approvals. Rustam's policies are beneficial to the environment. They have control over all dyes and chemicals as an outcome, and they also built a water treatment facility. This is a significant step in their development and in meeting the demands of large chain businesses. As required by the client, the plant also has a metal detector and a needle policy. Their clients are situated in the USA and Europe. They make all sorts of terry towels from Essential plain coloured towels to very good quality JACQUARD towels and furthermore institutional towels. Shower robes are additionally their solidarity.
