Habib Construction Services (HCS)

Abstract

Habib Construction Services is a well-known company in the construction sector of Pakistan for its efficiency, quality, and low cost to deliver mega projects. Since its establishment as a private company in 2009, it has delivered most projects from simple roads, and bridges to huge infrastructure projects such as the Metro train and Orange Line. This report covers the organizational structure that has shown the entire hierarchy of the organization from directors to different departments. Next is the SWOT analysis which has elaborated on different strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of HCS, and its respective recommendations are mentioned later. This report also covers marketing strategies that are practically applied by HCS including its segmentation of clients, geographics, and different strategies. Business process analysis of the HCS which I observed from the bidding process to the finalization of tender is also mentioned. After that, there is an overview of the financials of HCS which is based on my financial analysis.
