Abstract:
My internship in Central Park Teaching Hospital lasted from July 24, 2023, to September 4, 2023, spanning six weeks. I participated in various activities that had a great bearing on my professional life. development. During the internship, which was held in the hospital's accounting and finance department, the intern gained first-hand knowledge of a variety of financial processes and challenges particular to the healthcare industry. Developing proficiency with a variety of voucher types, such as CPV, CRV, BRV, BPV, JV, and JVP, was one of the primary responsibilities. I had to calculate the doctors' shares for various medical services, prepare the daily bank position, and reconcile the daily income and expense accounts as part of my job I was able to hone my practical financial management skills and apply knowledge specific to the industry in a real-world setting thanks to this internship.
