Abstract:
Textile industry of the Pakistan is one of the biggest industries of the country. This study analyzes
the textile sector of Pakistan. This study focuses on the value co-creation while manufacturing
their products. The value creation involves large variety of business assets. It is evident that value
creation is not a firm centered approach but the interpretation of business models, concepts and
theories. Customer is the main focal point of value creation. For this purpose, Style textile has been
studied in detail and how value can be added in their products. The purposive sampling technique
has been used to identify the organization to be studied. Style Textile imports its raw materials and
machinery from various parts of the world. It is figured out that the delay in the imports of raw
materials and machinery is one of the major reasons that company faces. It affects their production
and ultimately their clientele. This study highlights the areas where through value addition; Style
Textile can maximize its productivity and profits as well. Increase in production efficiency not
only increases the profits of the company but also builds company repute in the market.
