Abstract

My experience working at Century Paper and Board Mills was thoroughly. Documented in the internship report. The report sheds light on Century Paper and Board Mills as a company, with goals, a vision and a set of core values.. Some of these core values include humility, compassion, customer centricity, urgency, teamwork, and a devotion to continuous improvement. After that, we examine into the business operations of the firm, which are defined through an evaluation of its organisational structure and a SWOT analysis, which emphasises the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Following that, we look into the company's products and services. In addition, marketing strategy, market targeting, marketing objectives, and marketing tactics are investigated, hence shedding light on the marketing activities carried out by the organisation. An examination of Century Paper and Board Mills' competitors and the elements that contribute to their performance in the market is presented in the following chapters as part of a competitive analysis. In addition to this, the study delves further into an in-depth investigation of business procedures, which encompasses a broad variety of departments, manufacturing processes, capacity planning, inventory management, and international operations. Finally, as an intern, I was able to contribute to the organisation by executing a variety of tasks such as invoice input, voucher production, and more. The study considers the information gained as well as the prospective career implications of this crucial internship experience.
