Textile sector is one of the oldest and largest export industries in the world (Dhiman, 2016). Textile sector has been expanding speedily from the early 1970’s and providing millions of employment to the workers (Saheed, 2011).The top ten textile exporters of the world are China, India, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Serbia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Taiwan (Patrick, 2006).Global Textile and Apparel Trade in 2017 was US$750 billion (Wazir, 2018). The global apparel market is expected to grow with amount of US$ 2.6 trillion in 2025 with the rate of growth 4% per annum (Kumar, 2018). The major driver of textile such as China and India will grow in that market with expected amount of US$ 378 billion and US$ 121 respectively in 2025, because top textile countries uses latest technology, understand the Stakeholder needs and produce efficiently with low production cost and enjoy economic of scale (Noor, 2017).Textile sector around the world has been facing a serious problem, that is employees jobs dissatisfaction and turnover rate (Nurul, 2018). According to the study of Global Workforce, the employee turnover rate has continuously increased, because majority of employees working in private sector always hope to switch their current job to another job within two year therefore turnover rate is recorded 36% in year 2015 as compared to 29% in year 2012 (Willis, 2015). The continuous high jobs dissatisfaction is not a good sign to the organization; it affects organization’s costs, employee morale that stays in the organization, increase turnover rate and weak performance.
