Abstract
The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of GSCM practices and responsive strategy on supply chain performance. Further, absorptive capacity mediates this relationship. Stakeholder and information processing theories are employed to build this relationship. Data has been collected from 57 textile organizations. Partial least square of structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is employed through Warp PLS 5.0. Results reveal that GSCM practices directly affect the supply chain performance. Absorptive capacity shows fully meditation among GSCM practices, responsive strategy and supply chain performance.
